How We'll Work Together
I love getting to know my clients, their personalities, and their strengths. Using principles from motivational interviewing (MI), an evidence-based approach that's been shown in studies to be effective in creating lasting behavior change, I'll work with you to identify your health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, or professional goals, and come up with a customized action plan to get you to where you want to be.

We'll work on your mindset, doing a deep dive into what makes you tick. I'll take your strengths and work with you to design a custom wellness plan that will help you focus your limited time and attention on the things that actually matter, and let go of the things that don't, and I'll provide the support and accountability to keep you on track.

I believe in a collaborative, You-focused, evidenced-based approach that will help you clarify your goals, find your focus and make progress toward your health and wellness goals. I believe coaching should be future-focused, goal-driven, and should help you take control of your life.
Who I Work With
I work with busy professional men and women 35 to 55, whose best days are still ahead of them. They're not ready to go gently into that good night—and neither are you! You just need to reset and re-focus so you can launch into what's next. That may be re-setting your diet, re-focusing on your physical health or relationships, or leveling-up your professional life.
