There Are No Shortcuts

Adding more movement into your life and getting fit requires dedication to your health. Sometimes it also requires a coach. Staying on target with your workout goals isn't always easy—lots of things in life conspire to push you off track. Partnering with a health and wellness coach and a personal trainer can help you find and maintain the motivation necessary to reach your fitness and movement goals.

 

The Skinny

Through You & Co. Health and Wellness Coaching, you'll have access to personalized movement and training programs via an online platform.  If you hate burpees (shhh...so do I) I promise you won't have to do them.  I'll take you through a customized, science-based movement training regimen that factors in your current abilities and experience, and your training goals.

Behind The Scenes

Behind it all, you’ll also have access to me, a NASM-certified personal trainer, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and life-long athlete.  I'll be with you through every squat and push-up, helping you with your mindset as well as your moves. I've been through it all: trained hard for the big game, suffered through the physical and mental anguish of injury rehabiliation, and fought through sickness and fatigue to compete at the highest levels. So whether you’re a novice exerciser who just wants help incorporating more movement into your life, or you're someone with more fitness experience, work with me to get the support, science-based advice, workout plans, and accountability you need to achieve your movement and fitness goals.

The Bottom Line

Movement is one of the pillars of a healthy life.  If you're not getting the CDC-recommended minimum of 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity exercise, work with me to get the support and accountability you need to get and stay active.  For life.
